Lanco Siliconizer is a one-component, thick, high performance styrene acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to the surface and it will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Reflects sun rays and reduces interior temperatures.
